The LifeNet Card™ is a digital storage "Flash Card" the size of a credit card. It can be conveniently and safely carried in your wallet and is always with you. When filed directly behind your drivers license, First Responders can quickly find it.

By simply inserting the LifeNet Card™ into the computer's USB port, your emergency information is instantly opened onto the screen. If you are being transported to a hospital, your necessary medical information can be communicated from the ambulance to the hospital, allowing them to be prepared for your arrival.

You can create an organized and simple life for yourself and your family while you are alive and well, with your important life documents in the encrypted and password protected Section III of the card for your future access. You may choose to load copies of your important documents or indicate their location for future reference. You can also indicate who your Attorney and CPA are, as well as list what type of funeral service you would prefer.

You have the ability to provide convenient instructions for your funeral wishes and the settlement of your estate.

LifeNet™ will never ask you to store information that could compromise your identity. We do not recommend that you reveal your social security number, bank account number(s), credit card number(s) or any other financial information. Section III of the card can be accessed by only your personal password. You may designate additional individuals to have this access and maintain a duplicate card (ie. loved one, your attorney, etc.).

The LifeNet Card™ is constructed of tough, water proof fiber glass. Under normal use it will serve you for a life time. In the unlikely event that it is destroyed or broken, we will replace it.
